George is skinny and having skin problem

My pet George is having fur dropping and is under vet observation. We keep trying different of dried food, hoping can improve his condition. We feed him once in the morning and once in the evening, but it seems that he is too skinny right?

    hi~have u deworm George?
    try steam chicken brest(soup) mixed with dry food,this will help yr dog gain weight =)
    also~to help dog skin/fur try feed him salmon oil,my bear take grizzly : http://www.grizzlypetproducts.com/salmon_oil/salmon_oil.html
